This original framed acrylic painting, 'Noonday Scarlet' of a reclining nude has been painted in vibrant reds and golds. A real challenge of a pose, this piece tested observational skills to capture the foreshortenting of the figure. One of my favourite paintings, I've always enjoyed the line and tone that tie this pose together, combined with the bright red surround.
The canvas painting is 29.5cm x 22cm, but framed, comes up to 36 x 28.5 4.5 cm.
The painting will come safely packaged, framed, with accompanying certificate of authentication.
